Reserved for strength conditioning and technique. The session begins at 7 am (footing) and ends between 10 am to 10:30 am. Jogging in the morning is not compulsory for the non-competitors.
Some days of the week will be reserved for the anaerobic systems (sprints).

Wil manages all the trainers and is in charge of the boxing and K1 techniques to the fighters mainly. 97 Fights, 3 Times French Champion, 1 Time European Champion, Kickboxing Vice World Champion. Has trained Champions such as: Eddy Nait Slimani, Cedric Desruisseaux, Samuel Andoche, Mohamed Galaoui, Julien Come, Edouard Bernadou.
Our most patient trainer, he is a fimeu/technical fighter and will teach you all techniques in an academic way. Over 150 Fights, Krabi and Phuket champion and trainer of amateur team in South University (with Soawek Champion).
